Special Campus Memo: Digging to Begin Monday Near Alumni Recitation Hall and Carnegie Hall

On Monday, Aug. 31, digging is scheduled to begin near Alumni Recitation Hall (ARH) and Carnegie Hall that will last through Wed., Sept. 2. A drill rig will be moving around in the area leaving soil piles. If you walk in the vicinity of ARH or Carnegie Hall toward the Robert N. Noyce '49 Science Center, please be aware of activity in the area and use caution.

The geotechnical exploration of the area is underway for the new humanities and social studies complex.
