Dear Grinnellians:

Our campus community has shown great care in support of the family and friends of Jacob "Jack" Gustafson '19, who passed away last Friday, March 30, while on an off-campus study program in Freiberg, Germany.

Jack's family has planned a memorial service in Madison, Wisconsin. The service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, April 9, at Temple Beth El, 2702 Arbor Drive, in Madison. Grinnellians are invited to attend the service.

President Raynard Kington has authorized the College to charter a bus to help with transport assistance to the memorial service. The bus will leave Grinnell from the Joe Rosenfield '25 Center. It will load at 7:15 a.m. and depart at 7:30 a.m. on Monday morning. It will return in the evening (possibly late) on Monday.

The charter is limited to 56 seats. If you are interested in riding, sign up by noon tomorrow (Saturday, April 7).

If you have any questions this weekend, please call Campus Safety and ask for the RLC on call.

Sincerely,

Sarah Moschenross

Dean of Students
