Successful completion of the S.C.P.P. includes the following steps:

Students in the International Track are required to show language proficiency to at least the fourth semester in a language other than their native tongue. This requirement helps students gain language acquisition skills necessary for successful international post-graduation service. In addition, students in the International Track are required to have an international experience, through a semester abroad, interim tour, internship, alternative break, etc., at some point in their academic careers at Grinnell.
