Car Rental and Mileage Reimbursement

Grinnell College has a vehicle rental agreement with Avis Rent a Car for business purposes. That contract number is L359607. Vehicles may also be rented from Enterprise for business purposes by calling 236-3025.

Effective 1/1/2012 the mileage reimbursement rate for Grinnell College business use of a personal vehicle will be 55.5 cents per mile.  Mileage reimbursement for travel 7/1/2011 through 12/31/2011 was also 55.5 cents per mile.  The rate 1/1/2011 through 6/30/2011 was 51 cents per mile.
