Cultural Education Center
The CEC is located in the AV Center and features a variety of cuturally rich media including International television, artwork, print materials and photographs taken by students studying abroad. It can be used for special events by request.
We encourage you to consider making use of the CEC when planning any culturally related event.
The CEC presentation equipment includes a 54" Display, PC, VCR, DVD,
International Television programming, and surround sound.
There is also a kiosk to keep students and faculty informed of cultural events on campus
and foreign language board games to encourage fun, informal interaction.
The CEC also features a display of international artwork alongside a series of
photographs captured by students while studying abroad.
The CEC is often used by classes and small groups to view foreign language films and TV.
Reading material is also availble in a variety of languages.
The International Soccer Club has used the CEC to host spirited viewings of soccer matches.
