Reservations
The AV Center has a wide variety of technologies and multimedia media rooms available for checkout. Equipment or room reservations can be made in advance.
Equipment Checkouts
Digital Cameras, videocameras, tripods, hard drives and a myriad of other technologies may be checked out of the AV Center for a 48-hour period. A fine of $10 per day is assessed for equipment kept after the due date. One renewal may be made in person so that the patron may keep the eqiupment for an additional 48 hours. After the first renewal, the equipment must be returned so as to grant others equal access to the eqiupment.
Room Checkouts
The AV Center is only responsible for making reservations for the Cultural Education Center (CEC) in ARH 201 and Classroom ARH 227 after 4:15 PM. All other room reservations must be made through Conference Operations and Events at 641.269.3178
