Prescription Program

• Blue RX insurance covers prescriptions at the greater of $10 or 10% for generics and $20 or 20% for name brands. There is $100 per person annual deductible ($300 per family-contract) for all brand name drugs. Generic drugs will not be subject to the deductible.
  
• Out-of-pocket maximums are $1,000 per person to $2,000 when two or more persons are covered. Includes coverage for birth control and prenatal vitamins.
