- Works with organizations within the private, government, and non-profit sector to create internship opportunities for Grinnell students
- Advises and counsels students on the internship search process, including accessing internship resources, researching organizations, and preparing resumes and cover letters
- Collaborates with Grant Chairs and CDO staff in managing the various internship funding options for Grinnell students, including GRINNELLINK, and Grant and Endowed Programs
