Scholarships and Fellowships

The Office of Social Commitment has responsibility for administering many of the college's scholarship and fellowship application processes. This includes both awards that Grinnell gives as well as national, merit-based scholarships and fellowships. However, some internal scholarships are administered by other offices and departments on campus; if you are looking for a specific opportunity and do not see it listed here, please contact Doug Cutchins at x3702 for assistance. Please note that these scholarships are merit-based, and should not be considered a substitute for financial aid. Students with financial aid needs should contact the Financial Aid Office.
