The College Calendar is available online
The Grinnell College calendar scheduling policy and system is designed to maximize the educational and social
benefits for the campus community.
With careful coordination and advance planning, every department, organization, and individual that is a member of
the campus community should have the opportunity to schedule an activity on campus. A diversity of activities
should be the end result.
To include an event on the Calendar:

Conference Operations and Events will now accept reservation requests for facilities and calendar via this website.
Two forms are now accessible online:
- Event Reservation Request: Submit an event to the Calendar, Events of all categories should be included.
- Event Details & Campus Memo Submission: Use the event confirmation number to add details to the Calendar display. Appears as underlined linked text from the Calendar. This form will also allow you to add a Campus Memo item to your event. It will appear automatically in the Memo prior to your event.
The College Calendar schedules space for all public and private activities and provides a scheduling service to the entire College community. The Calendar is built from the space reservation, based on the information provided at the time of reservation. The Calendar's regulatory role is designed to prevent certain types of activities from competing with one another.
All public activities are required to be scheduled on the College Calendar before they can be finalized and publicized. Upon request, scheduled events will not display on the College Calendar.
