The Grinnell College Communication Team, part of the College and Alumni Relations office, supports communication and publication needs of faculty, staff, alumni, and students. Examples include:

• The Grinnell Magazine - With an international circulation of more than 23,000, the magazine is published four times a year for alumni, parents, faculty, and friends of the College.
  
  
• Media Relations - Promotes Grinnell College and its academic excellence in print and broadcast media at all levels. Staff connects reporters with faculty and staff experts, provides news items for local, regional, and national news distribution, develops background information, and assists in development of media communication plans for special events on campus.

• Publications - Designs and creates Grinnell College catalogs, department brochures, recruitment publications, campus and area maps, calendars, commencement publications, campus and events posters, and campus-wide newsletters.
  
  
• Web - Designs and maintains the Grinnell College FrontDoor. This effort includes the unification of a campus-wide Web presence to create and maintain current and future departmental and institutional Web sites.
  
  
• College Calendar - Maintains a comprehensive schedule of events. Activities of all types and categories are kept on the calendar. Category one and two events are published in the web. The calendar is available at www.grinnell.edu/calendar
  
  
• Campus Memo - Publishes an online news source for events and announcements for the Grinnell College Campus Community. The Campus Memo is produced every Tuesday. Submit to the Campus Memo Online
  
  
• Events - Provides logistical and planning support for Commencement, building dedications, Public Events concerts, Convocations and other large-scale events.
