Senior Minister Grace Evangelical Presbyterian Church Edgewater, Maryland

Grace Evangelical Presbyterian Church is "a congregation of about 250 people in the Presbyterian Church in America. It is seven years old and is in the midst of a $2.8 million new construction building program." Rev. Meyerhoff has served this church since August 2002.

Career Path
Rev. Meyerhoff previously served at Trinity Presbyterian Church, Kearney, NE (1978 - 1988) and at Memorial Presbyterian Church, Elizabethton, TN (1988 - 2002).

"These churches experienced numerical and staffing growth during those periods and facility additions. My career path has been to help churches that were in decline to revitalize within different subcultures in America, now to include a newer congregation that needed leadership for its next phase of growth."

Grinnell Experience
At Grinnell, Steven Meyerhoff majored in history and took some religious studies courses among his other classes. "Extracurricular involvement at Grinnell that helped me along this career path was with the Grinnell College Christian Fellowship, a student-led parachurch group sponsored by InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. I served as chapter president in 1973-74."
