Helping Employees Make a Difference
Grinnell is a stronger community because individual people dedicate much of their own time, effort and energy into projects that they are passionately committed to. Community Enhancement & Engagement oversees two programs that support members of the college community who want to make a difference to the quality of life in our community.
- Give Time. The Volunteer Initiative Program encourages employees to volunteer in those projects that they feel most passionate about while allowing them to direct some of the College's contributions at the same time.
- Give Money. The Payroll Deduction Program makes it easier for employees to make financial contributions to local efforts by spreading out your donation over the course of a year.
