Grinnell Housing Study (2012)
The City of Grinnell and Grinnell College have collaborated with the Grinnell Area Chamber of Commerce's "Growth Collaborative" initiative to jointly fund this study examining Grinnell's housing needs in greater detail. After much conversation on housing within Grinnell, the next step was a professional analysis, by an outside provider, using industry standards. Together, our goal was to provide the most useful information for everyone in the position to make decisions regarding Grinnell's housing supply.

Build a Better Grinnell Survey (2012)
The Claude W. & Dolly Ahrens Foundation and the Greater Poweshiek Community Foundation collaborated with fellow task force partners to conduct an extensive survey of Grinnell. They polled representatives of many different community groups and compiled the results to help community members and community leaders make informed decisions about development (community, economic, social service, education, philanthropic, etc. ) that will shape the future of Grinnell.
