Spousal Employment
The Dual Career Network Grinnell College and the University of Iowa have joined in a partnership designed to assist new faculty spouses/domestic partners in locating employment opportunities. The University of Iowa initiated the Dual Career Network in 1994 and gave Grinnell College access to its resources in 2001. For those who qualify, The Dual Career Network provides:

• Professional job search assistance and career guidance for up to one year
• Resume writing assistance
• Advice on interviewing techniques
• Up-to-date resource information about local businesses
• Assistance with writing cover letters
• Access to job openings with local employers
• Letters of support written for Grinnell College positions
• Career counseling and guidance
