I would like to discuss the purchase of hardware or software that would enhance my teaching
Contacting your CTS to talk about the hardware or software and its pedagogical application is the best way to ensure that the implementation of the technology will best fit its desired use. ITS Support Teams are generally in charge of acquiring, licensing, and installing software in offices, labs, and classrooms. The CTS you consult with will work with ITS to make arrangements and provide support.

I have a concern about the equipment available in the classroom
Classrooms with AV equipment usually include a VCR, DVD Player, computer, and projector. A detailed list of the AV equipment available in each classroom on campus is available here. If you would like to request changes to the equipment in a classroom you may contact Ralph Helt, director of the AV Center at 269.3121. Problems that you encounter with the equipment in your classroom can also be reported to the AV Center. Please be sure to relate as many details as you can about the issue you encounter.

I need immediate help with equipment in the classroom
Your first step is to call the AV Center at 269-3121. If the staff at the AV Center is not able to come to your classroom please call one of the helpdesk (x4400), a CTS, or a member of the ITS Support teams.

Something is wrong with the computer in my office
IT Support teams are available to resolve issues that you encounter with your office machine. Network connectivity, hardware failures, software errors, printing trouble and the like can be reported to your IT Support team by calling the Helpdesk (x4400) or by sending a hotline.

I would like some additional software to be installed on the computer in my office
If the software you require is not course related please consult with your IT Support team to arrange the acquisition and installation.
