Mellon Postdoctoral Fellows are eligible to apply for professional development opportunities using the same process as regular full-time teaching faculty at Grinnell College. Guidelines for "Support for Travel to Professional Meetings" and "Grants for Scholarship" can be found at http://www.grinnell.edu/offices/dean/supfac/oncampusopportunities. The Fellow's application will be considered by The Committee for Support of Faculty Scholarship (CSFS).
In addition, the Fellow may be eligible for an additional conference targeted specifically at Postdoctoral Fellows. The Associate Deans' Office will contact the Fellow when this opportunity arises.
