New Service! Employee Self Service for Benefits and Payroll
A new service is available to employees of the College. Employee Self Service for Benefits and Payroll is an electronic, web-based system that provides employees easy access to their benefit and payroll information. Once logged in, employees are able to view their insurance enrollment information, to include beneficiaries, and payroll information such as direct deposit allocations, paychecks and W-2 tax information.
Employee Self Service for Benefits and Payroll allows employees to make certain changes to their benefit and payroll information in an easy to access, easy to use way that is available 24/7. Employees no longer need to request certain forms from the HR, Benefits and Payroll staff. Changes will go directly to payroll and will eliminate the need for paper forms and processing time.
Annual Campus Security & Fire Report Notice

Grinnell College publishes an annual campus crime report for Grinnell College, Grinnell in London, and the Grinnell in Washington programs every year. The Campus Security report includes statistics for the most recent three year period concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus , in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Grinnell College, and on public property within, or adjacent to and accessible from, the campus. The report includes institutional policies concerning campus security such as policies concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, and reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters. There is also a Fire Safety Report available which contains fire information concerning the Grinnell College campus. As of October 1, 2010 the Fire Safety Report is required by federal law.
