Above & Beyond Program
The Office of Human Resources was pleased to offer the Above & Beyond Customer Service Program from November 2002 through May 2003. The program celebrated outstanding service as provided to our many valued customers by Grinnell College employees.
The program offered a series of events and activities to recognize, educate and entertain employees on topics ranging from professionalism, e-mail and phone etiquette and service skills in an academic setting, among others. Take a moment to revisit highlights from the Above & Beyond Customer Service Program. Similar employee recognition programs will be announced in the near future.
The Excellence Award
National Customer Service Week is held each year during the month of October. At Grinnell College, we like to celebrate service excellence year-round! Whether you are a campus visitor, alumni, student, staff or faculty member, you can present a Grinnell College employee with an "Excellence Award." Visit the Excellence Award web site for more information about this program and to obtain an award form.
