     a. Overview of the Dialogue Planning Process and planning work already done to date by the Planning Team

     b. How to ensure communication with the wider Grinnell College community throughout the entire Dialogue Planning Process

 

III. Themes >> Decisions (2 hours)

     a. Identify those themes that emerge from the data

     b. Identify those decisions the College makes influenced by the themes

 

IV. Project Plan (30 minutes)

     a. Timeline

     b. "deliverables"- when will we know we are done?
