A quick and convenient way to report problems or otherwise request assistance is to submit a help portal ticket. Go to https://help.grinnell.edu/ and use your campus username and password to sign into the help portal. Help portal tickets are delivered by email to the desktop computing staff as well as being available to the student workers. Also, by logging into the help portal, you can track progress on your open requests or add detail.
