Helpdesk Summer Hours:

Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

It is likely there will be times when the helpdesk workers will be on campus assisting with other activities. If you plan to visit the Helpdesk, I recommend that you call in advance to assure a worker is available to assist. You can reach the Helpdesk by calling 4400.

A quick and convenient way to report problems or otherwise request assistance is to submit a help portal ticket. Go to https://help.grinnell.edu/ and use your campus username and password to sign into the help portal. Help portal tickets are delivered by email to the desktop computing staff as well as being available to the helpdesk workers. Also, by logging into the help portal, you can track progress on your open requests or add detail.

If you have an emergency need for assistance and the helpdesk workers are unavailable, please contact the ITS office by calling 4901. The office staff will be happy to provide assistance in directing your call.
