Clean Access is a system designed to certify a computer's compliance to network policies and provide remediation when needed.
Requirements for Windows based computers are:
- Current network username and password
- Trend Micro OfficeScan antivirus software. (supplied by the college during certification)
- Windows SP2
- Current Microsoft security patches
- Windows Update enabled
Requirements for all other operating systems are:
- Current network username and password
Computers will be required to be certified four times a year, and anytime that a network security threat warrants. Those with computers using a wired network connection will be required to login to Clean Access anytime the computer is recertified. Those with computers using the wireless network will be required to login to Clean Access after 26 hours of inactivity.

Note: If your windows based computer already has a antivirus software installed, it will need to be uninstalled prior to installing Trend Micro OfficeScan.
