This allows you to offer the caller the option of leaving a message or speaking to a colleague. In your greeting, you can offer the caller the option of pressing zero after the tone to access immediate assistance.
Log on to CallPilot
Press 80
Press 1
Enter 4-digit extension (i.e. your colleague)
Press #Logging Out
This step performs a quick exit from the mail system.
