RE: Search Firm Visit to Campus
The Grinnell College Presidential Search Committee has retained the search firm of Isaacson, Miller, to provide professional consultation and operational support to the search for Grinnell’s 13th President. Isaacson, Miller has 27 years of successful experience in higher-education searches. More importantly, the team from the firm shares the values of the College and is committed to the charge to the Search Committee, namely, to seek, identify, and consider candidates with the skills and aspiration to provide extraordinary leadership as President of Grinnell College.
We have asked our team from Isaacson, Miller to visit Grinnell for a series of open meetings and consultations on Monday, August 31st and Tuesday, September 1st. The tentative schedule for their visit is attached with the final schedule available on August 22nd . You will note there are three open meetings, one each for students, faculty and staff; the Search Committee encourages all members of the campus community to participate. For Isaacson, Miller to be an able partner and an articulate advocate for the College, they must learn about Grinnell from all of you.
