Officers

The Officers of the Corporation shall be a Chair of the Board, the President of the College, one or more Vice-Chairs, a Secretary, and a Treasurer. Neither the President, the Secretary, nor the Treasurer need be members of the Board. The offices of Secretary and Treasurer may be filled by the same person. The Board of Trustees may also create and fill such other offices as it shall from time to time deem necessary or expedient.
