The Trustees and Trustee Organization Committee shall develop criteria to be used by the Committee and the Board in evaluating Trustees being considered for re-election to another term, make recommendations to the Board with respect to the election and re-election of members to the Board and the designation of regular members as Life Trustees, and to recommend for adoption by the Board amendments to the Articles of Incorporation and bylaws and procedures for the effective fulfillment of Board responsibilities.
