Ms. Floyd is the Technical Assistant to the Chairman of Intel Corporation.  Founded by Grinnell graduate Robert Noyce and Gordon Moore in 1968, Intel is today the world’s largest semiconductor chip maker.  During her tenure at Intel, Ms. Floyd has also worked in the office of the Chief Financial Officer and as Director of Investor Relations.  Before joining Intel, Ms. Floyd was an investment banker specializing in corporate finance for technology companies. 

 Ms. Floyd was a member of the Grinnell College Board of Trustees from 1986 to 1994.  She grew up in Oklahoma and currently lives in California.  She has a BA from Grinnell College, an MS from the University of London, and an MBA from Stanford University.
