Mr. Faulconer is a member of the Grinnell class of 1961 and President of Vernon E. Faulconer Inc., an independent oil and gas production firm in Tyler, Texas. He is involved in Tyler Junior College, with particular interest in the Faulconer Academic Incentive Award for Minority Students. Since 1998, Mr. Faulconer has been a board member of the Dallas Museum of Art.
