This futon can be used as a loveseat, a lounger or a full-size bed and is sure to bring a higher level of comfort to your room! It comes complete with frame, mattress, tools and instructions. Width is 59.5" and depth as love seat is 40". Mattress is 4" thick and measures 74" x 54". Futons are a purchase item, not a rental - so it's yours to keep!
