Mini Co-ops, Haines Four-Room Triples, Gates Tower, Cowles Quads, and Cowles Apartments are all awarded on a Seniority Draw or "point" system. The group with the highest point total is awarded the Special Housing Draw for which their group applied. In the event of a tie, the group with the best class status AND best (lowest) Room Draw Number will be awarded the Draw (see table below). Note to applicants using our room split process: The room draw number of the student on campus in the fall will be used.
