James, Smith, and Kershaw Halls are substance-free residence halls. Residents of James, Smith, and Kershaw, and their guests, are committed to promoting a substance-free lifestyle by refraining from the use of alcohol, tobacco, and other illicit substances within James, Smith, and Kershaw Halls. Residents will exercise prudence when partaking in the consumption of substances such as alcohol, tobacco, and other illicit substances at outside venues.

The Substance-Free Room Draw Sign Up deadline has passed. Please contact Laura Gogg to receive instruction about how to proceed.
Substance-Free Room Draw will be held prior to Room Draw
on Sunday, April 22 from 12:00-12:30 at the Harris Center. EACH student
interested in substance-free housing must sign up in order to
participate in the draw. The Substance-Free Room Draw attendance list will be posted in the 3rd floor hallway of the JRC on Thursday, April 19. Be sure to stop by and see where you 'fall in line' for the Substance-Free Draw.
