Special Residence Draw Information
The deadline to submit an application for a Special Housing Draw has passed. The application deadline for ALL Special Residence Draws was 12 noon on Monday, April 15. Draw results will be sent to Group Coordinators via email. Groups awarded a Special Residence Draw must accept or decline the offer by 12 noon on Friday, April 19.
- Students may apply for only one Special Residence Draw. Do not apply for a Special Residence Draw if you are planning to take a leave of absence during the Fall ‘13 term. Students currently on leave (during the Spring ’13 term) must be officially approved to return to campus for the Fall ’13 term before the application deadline of April 15 to be eligible to apply for any Special Residence Draw.
- All rooms/spaces must be filled the entire year. Students studying abroad or planning to graduate in December must use our Room Split Procedure.
- Any Special Residence Draw not applied for or not accepted will be available at Room Draw.
- Cats and dogs are not permitted in any residence hall, including all Special Residence Draws (with the exception of medical accommodation). Please see the pet policy for more information.
