Christian Peacemaker Team/Corps website

Within the CPT there are full-time positions and a Reserve Corps. Full-time Christian Peacemaker Corps members commit to three years of full-time service while the Reserve Corps commits 2-12 weeks for three years.Teams of 2-12 members provide a nonviolent presence with individuals or communities who are threatened,intervening in various ways to prevent violence, planning creative and nonviolent responses to injustice,speaking and writing to the media and other interested groups.

Application Requirements: 
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Grounded in Christian faith
  • Committed to peacemaking
  • Experienced in nonviolent direct action
  • Willing to commit to three years of service
Benefits:
