Application Requirements: 
  • Salaried applicants should have experience in social work, culinary arts, farming, finance, administration, marketing and human resources
  • On-the-job and in-service training and supervision will be given if an applicant is offered a salaried position
  • Salaried staff and their families are expected to make a long-term commitment to the work and lifestyle of the Farm
  • Volunteer applicants should be interested in helping people with mental illness rebuild their lives
  • Volunteer positions are available in areas including clinical, residential, farm, forestry, food services, maintenance and administration

  • For the volunteer position, the Farm provides room and board, a stipend, health insurance and other benefits as well as supervision by a senior staff member
