The 2 year long Internships are supposed to lead to full-time employment with the Federal government. Interns are trained for leadership careers within the Department of Health and Human Services. Internships for recent college graduates include: Presidential Management Fellows (PMF), Health and Human Services Emerging Leaders Program (ELP), and Federal Career Intern Program (FCIP).
