Review Team's Visit
In the spring of 2012, a review team consisting of the following members will conducted a thorough review of the Campus Safety and Security department:

- Max Farrell '12, Student Government Association Representative
- Travis Greene, Dean of Students
- Jana Johnson, Human Resources Representative
- Kaydi-Ann Newsome '14, Student-at-Large
- Henry Reitz '89, Associate Professor of Religious Studies
- Fred Behr, Director of Public Safety, St. Olaf College
The review was conducted February 26-28, 2012. On Sunday evening, the review team met briefly with Vice President for Student Affairs W. Houston Dougharty and Stephen A. Briscoe; on Monday the team met with faculty, staff, and students involved with the Campus Safety and Security Department; Tuesday morning the team conducted individual follow‐up sessions with Stephen A. Briscoe and W. Houston Dougharty.
The charge of the review and assessment team was to examine the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of the Grinnell College Campus Safety and Security department.

Once the review team's final report was submitted to W. Houston Dougharty, Vice-President for Student Affairs, the report was sent sent to Stephen A. Briscoe, Director of Campus Safety and Security, for review and comment.
