A Celebration of Winter Holy Days and Festivals. Make cards and crafts. Decorate cookies to either be given to the Stewart Library celebration or enjoyed by you. Listen to great seasonal music by "Too Many Strings".

Making A Difference: "Christmas for Seniors"
This program invites you to participate in joining the fun of making a difference in the lives of seniors in our local nursing and retirement homes. If you're interested in participating you can purchase one or more of the following gifts.
Box of Kleenex, Nail Polish, Chapstick, Thick Socks or Footies (one size fits all), Bottle of Body Wash, Bottle of Hand Lotion, Popcorn (microwave Low-salt or Cannister of Flavored Popcorn), Box of Granola Bars or Rice Krispy Bars, Games (card or board), or Cash (so we can buy the gifts). Gift items will be put in Christmas bags with a decorative bow and distributed to seniors in our community. Please drop your gift off at the CRSSJ, 1233 Park Street on or before December 9th.

Midweek Worship Service

20 minutes of your time, renew your faith. This is a Christian worship service designed to uplift the campus community during the lunch hour. Come pray, sing a song, read scripture, and listen to a reflection. Faculty, staff, and students are invited to be in community with one another in this campus worship experience.

7th Annual SJAG Coat Drive
NOW through Dec. 12, 2008
This provides an opportunity for anyone to donate or receive a coat during the Community Meal (every Tuesday beginning at 5:30 pm) at Davis Elementary School.
Donations of clean winter coats (all sizes, and we stress clean and in good condition) are accepted at the Grinnell College Center for Religion, Spirituality, and Social Justice (1233 Park Street) or at Davis School during the Community Meal (Tuesday only). Children's coats are especially appreciated. Sponsored by SJAG and the CRSSJ.
