After graduating from Iowa State University, Julie taught high school classes in Home Economics and Health. Shortly after, she went on to pursue her passion for camping ministry where she worked with college age staff to provide camping and retreat programs for youth and adults in the mountains of Colorado as well as service trips to the Denver Rescue Mission and the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming. Julie is excited to be a part of the Grinnell community.
