Travel Reimbursement
Terms of reimbursement to travel outside of Grinnell for religious or spiritual services or events:
- Pre-approval from Rev. Deanna Shorb [shorb], Dean of Religious Life and Chaplain or Rabbi Rob Cabelli [cabellir], Associate Chaplain
- Minimum of 2 Participants
- Assistance is limited to once per month. (Those who wish to travel more frequently are encouraged to consider registration as an official student group so that you may also request assistance from SGA.)
Current Reimbursement Rates:
- Ames ($25)
- Iowa City ($25)
- Des Moines ($20)
- Marshalltown ($15)
- Newton ($10)
- Others as approved by the Chaplain's office
Contract:
This agreement between the Center for Religion, Spirituality, and Social Justice (CRSSJ) and the following student confirms that the the student accepts the rates of reimbursement for using a personal vehicle for transportation to/from an event/activity outside of the city of Grinnell.
