Helping our students maintain good mental health is a high priority for Grinnell College. This page serves as an overview of counseling services and resources offered to students.

The Center is open Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 8 am until 5 pm and Tuesday/Thursday from 8 am until 7 pm. During evenings and on weekends this number will ring to an answering service. A trained mental health professional will answer your call and assist you with your crisis.

This number is Campus Security. Tell them that you want to talk with the RLC on call. Give your name and phone number so that the RLC can call you back immediately.
