Residence Life Coordinators, who live in the residence halls, are master's-level professionals in Student Affairs. Their primary responsibility is to build community within the residence halls by getting to know students and by providing counseling, academic support and educational programming. They are well-versed in Grinnell's residential culture and often are keenly aware of the issues that arise in the halls. Their accessibility, supportive nature, and professional skills contribute to the RLCs being viewed as an excellent resource for students.
