Arrion began work at Grinnell College in July 2010. She first started working in Student Affairs as a Graduate Assistant in the Office of the Dean of Students at the College of William and Mary. In the summer of 2010, she was a graduate intern at the University of Texas at San Antonio, working in the Office of Orientation and Family Programs. During her undergraduate time, she also completed several internships in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at William and Mary. She is a Southern girl who grew up in Virginia and enjoys watching college and professional sports, hanging out with friends, and shopping. Her favorite things include all types of music, reality TV, and the word ya'll. She is really excited about being in Grinnell and looks forward to life in the Midwest!
