The Academic Advising office provides academic counseling, learning support, and tutoring, and arranges academic accommodations for students with disabilities. Student tutoring for academic departments within the divisions of the humanities and social sciences is available through this office. Tutoring for math and science disciplines is available through the Math Lab and Science Learning Center, respectively. Students experiencing difficulty in a particular course or courses should consult their instructors and request a tutor, which is free of charge. Students who want to discuss their academic status or academic difficulties, or work on study skills or time management should contact this office for assistance.
