Darren joined Grinnell College in July 2010 from NYC where he obtained a Masters in Higher Education at New York University. Prior to this, he grew up in Massachusetts and attended Brandeis University for his undergraduate degree. Through his undergraduate his beliefs in social justice, a liberal arts education and meaningful student interactions were born. Students can come to Darren for a range of things from academic advising, support for students with disabilities, to conversations about social justice and LGBTQA issues. But really you can reach out to him for just about anything because he believes that while he might not have the answer he can help you find it.
