Students seen at the Health Center may request professor notification of classes missed on that day. If unable to come to the Health Center, please phone that day and arrangements will be made to assist you.

• Health Center does send a statement by E-Mail to professors that a student has had contact with the Health Center. It is at the professors discretion to excuse or not.
• Professors, deans, academic advisor, chaplains and the RLC will be notified if a student is admitted to COLLEGE SHARE or a hospital.
• Students are asked to speak directly to each professor regarding classes missed.
• The Office of Student Affairs notifies professors if a student misses classes for reasons other than medical.
