To make an appointment to see a nurse or a counselor, call x3230 (641/269-3230 off campus). If your need is urgent, please inform the receptionist. In urgent situations, a counselor or nurse, as appropriate, will consult with you by phone to determine the best course of action.
Health care appointments run up to 15 minutes; counseling appointments are 45 minutes in length. For non-urgent health care needs, you will be offered
several appointment times and you can determine which best fits your schedule. For non-urgent mental health care, you will be offered a selection of intake appointments and you can decide which is most convenient for you.
