Group Draws

Clusters of rooms are available for students who wish to live in close proximity to each other. Groups may only apply for one Group Draw. Some groups are single sex, others are coed. Individual rooms within each group must be single sex.


South Campus:

Main 3rd floor (1320, 1321, 1322)
1 single, 2 doubles = 5 students

Read 3rd floor (5318, 5319, 5320)
2 singles, 1 double = 4 students

Loose 2nd floor (6220, 6221, 6222)
2 singles, 1 double = 4 students

Loose 3rd floor (6318, 6319, 6320)
2 singles, 1 double = 4 students

North Campus:

Gates Tower (4410, 4411)
East side 2 singles
West side 1 single, 1 double = 5 students

Cowles 7210 (West 2nd)
4 singles = 4 students
single sex male

Cowles 7216 (East 2nd)
4 singles = 4 students

Cowles 7320 (East end 3rd)
4 singles = 4 students


East Campus:

Rose Hall South 1st floor (3133, 3135, 3139)
2 singles, 1 double = 4 students
single sex female

Rose Hall South 2nd floor (3233, 3235, 3237, 3239)
2 singles, 2 doubles = 6 students
single sex male

Rathje Hall 1st floor (4133, 4135, 4139)
2 singles, 1 double = 4 students

Students of successful groups are not allowed to participate in the regular Room Draw and will not be considered for non-college-owned housing. Alternates should proceed with regular Room Draw.

Each group will have a group coordinator. It is the responsibility of the group coordinator to "put the group together" by completing the following steps:

  • Submit a completed Group Draw application to Student Affairs. All students listed must pay a $200 advance tuition deposit by April 1 and have no delinquent charges on their accounts.
  • Be present at the Special Housing Draw Session.
  • If successful, submit room assignments to Student Affairs.
