Six apartments with kitchens and common rooms are available for application. Students awarded a Cowles Apartment have the option of a reduced board plan. Rooms within apartments are single sex; the group applying for an apartment may be co-ed. Priority for awarding Cowles Apartments is by class status (seniors, third-year students, second-year students). Groups may only apply for one Cowles Apartment.
Cowles 7108 (2 double rooms = 4 spaces)
Cowles 7110 (1 single room, 2 double rooms = 5 spaces)
Cowles 7111 (3 double rooms = 6 spaces)
Cowles 7112 (2 single rooms, 2 double rooms = 6 spaces)
Cowles 7113 (3 double rooms = 6 spaces)
Cowles 7114 (2 single rooms, 2 double rooms = 6 spaces)
Each group must:
- Designate a Cowles Apartment Coordinator.
The Coordinator is responsible for:
- Submitting a completed Cowles Apartment application to Student Affairs. All students listed on the application must pay their $200 advance tuition deposit by April 1 and have no delinquent charges on their accounts.
- Be present at the Special Housing Draw.
