The Conference Operations & Events Team, part of the Office of College and Alumni Relations, maintains the College Calendar, a comprehensive list of events and reservations on campus. (The Calendar is available by clicking “Calendar” on the website.) Conference Operations & Events also publishes the Campus Memo, a weekly newsletter of events and announcements. The office serves as the Commencement headquarters and supports major event programs such as Scholars’ Convocation, Public Events Concerts and summer programming. Employment opportunities are available to help with summer conferences, as well as other events.
