The Registrar maintains and updates academic records, oversees matters such as transfer credit evaluation, registration, grade entry, major and concentration declaration, and degree clearance. Transcripts, enrollment certification, and permission to transfer summer credits to Grinnell should be requested from the Registrar. Petitions to the Committee on Academic Standing for exceptions to academic regulations should be made through the Registrar.
